What happens when I cancel?

Here's what happens to your account after canceling.

Immediately

What happens:

  • Billing stops (no future charges)
  • Access continues until period ends
  • Confirmation email sent

What does NOT happen:

  • Account not deleted
  • Data not removed
  • Team not disbanded

During Access Period

You paid for the cycle, so you keep access until it ends.

Example (Monthly):

  • Subscribed: Jan 15 (renews Feb 15)
  • Cancel: Feb 5
  • Access until: Feb 15
  • Downgrade: Feb 15

After Period Ends

Automatic downgrade to Free

Your Data

Data is NOT deleted:

Re-subscribe: All data instantly restored.

Your Team

If you have more than 5 members:

  1. Warning email sent (7 days before)
  2. Cannot use features until compliant
  3. Remove members at Company Settings > Team

Your Integrations

Linear and Jira disconnected automatically:

  • Past data preserved
  • No new syncs
  • Must re-authorize after re-subscribing

Re-Subscribing

Easy to come back:

  1. Log in (account still active)
  2. Go to Settings > Billing
  3. Click Upgrade
  4. All features and history restored
