How do I request a refund?

Scrummy offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.

Refund Policy

What's covered

  • First payment on new subscription
  • Upgrade charges (within 14 days of upgrade)
  • Annual plan first payment

What's NOT covered

  • Renewal payments (after 14 days)
  • Additional seat charges (after 14 days of adding)
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations

How to Request

Step 1: Cancel your subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Step 2: Contact support

Email support@scrummy.pro with:

  • Subject: "Refund Request - [Your Company Name]"
  • Your account email
  • Date of original payment

Step 3: Receive confirmation

  • Review within 1 business day
  • Refund processed through Stripe
  • Appears in 5-10 business days

After Refund

  • Subscription canceled immediately
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Downgraded to Free plan
  • Data retained (not deleted)

Can I get a refund after 14 days?

No, our policy is strictly within 14 days of initial payment.

What if I was charged in error?

Contact support immediately. Erroneous charges are refunded regardless of the 14-day policy.
