How do I change my plan?

Upgrade to unlock more features or downgrade to save costs.

Upgrade Your Plan

When to upgrade

Free → Startup ($25/mo):

  • Need more than 5 members
  • Want AI Coach summaries
  • Need Linear/Jira integration

Startup → Pro ($50/mo):

  • Need more than 15 members
  • Want all AI personalities
  • Need forever history retention

How to upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select new plan
  4. Click Upgrade

Charges: Prorated for remaining days, features activate immediately.

Downgrade Your Plan

How to downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select lower plan
  4. Click Downgrade

Important: Downgrade takes effect at next renewal, not immediately.

What you lose

Pro → Startup:

  • Challenger and Executive AI (keep Coach)
  • 10,000 → 1,000 AI tokens/month
  • 30 → 15 included seats

Startup → Free:

  • All AI features
  • Linear/Jira integrations
  • Unlimited → 2 boards/month
  • 15 → 5 members

Change Billing Cycle

Monthly → Annual (save 20%)

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Switch to Annual Billing
  3. Confirm

Annual → Monthly

Switch takes effect at end of annual period. No refund for unused time.
