Inviting Team Members

Collaboration is at the heart of Scrummy. Here's how to invite your team.

Methods of Inviting

1. Email Invitations

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Members
  3. Enter one or more email addresses
  4. Select their role (Admin or Member)
  5. Click Send Invites

Recipients will receive an email with a link to join.

2. Shareable Link

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Copy the Invite Link
  3. Share it with your team

Anyone with the link can join as a Member.

Managing Invitations

Pending Invitations

View and resend pending invitations in Settings > Team > Pending.

Revoking Access

Click the Remove button next to a team member to revoke access.

Roles Explained

  • Admin: Can manage team settings and integrations
  • Member: Can create and participate in retrospectives

Tips

  • Invite all team members for better retrospectives
  • Use role-based access to control who can manage settings
  • Regularly review team membership
